He had arrived early and even called ahead at the guesthouse to let us know he was on the way. We spent the afternoon walking around downtown Amman, taking in the sights and sounds of the vibrant and bustling city as Moe explained the local customs and way of life. It was really nice tohave a insider's view on; we'd already been in the country for five days and were touched by the immense hospitality of everyone we had met.We stopped for Arabic coffee at a shishah bar, drank lemonade at a local stall and had falafel and hummus and other local foods at Hashem's. This is a place everyone should visit at least once. Service was quick and the food a real delight.At the end of the tour, Adam arranged for Moe and a friend (whose name we did not get, sorry!) to drive us up the steep slope to where the sundown Azan can be heard and felt.
