I don't know if any are 'must haves' but here is my current list of mods.

Feel free to mix and match which ones you like the sound of. I'm 99% sure this is the install/replacement order I used as well, but generally I used specific mods (like, brick textures) to replace collections.I'm sure there might be some mods I'm missing that people like, I simply excluded ones I did not like or that didn't work properly. And there are a few not on here I want to test out, but I just completed my second playthrough of the game and am taking a short break to play skyrim and maybe replay new vegas, but I'll return to it soon. 'General of the Army' and 'fallout seasons (winter)' look cool thoughAlso I've put hundreds of hours in, no compatibility issues and no crash to desktops. This is on roughly max settings on a GTX980ti, I74790k and an SSD.I don't have that many screenshots on this computer, but it looks awesome in person. So anyways, here is my list- Use to make the mods work in the ini file, configure settings, disable that god-awful mouse acceleration etc.Non Visual/Textures(I haven't even used a jetpack yet lol)(I'm not sure if I am actually using this mod or not)Texture/Visual Mods(Install this first, then overwrite it with everything else)Unique Player/Character Mods(I installed these to get look without making all npc's look this way. I also wear the from earlier most of the time, despite it being not as good as other clothing.

For reasons)- This is installed manually on the player only, to only make the player nude with nothing equipped. The reason is so the harness + tattoo mods look cool and don't have underwear screwing them up.

If you don't install it player only then every single female you loot is nude, and I didn't want that- Also installed manuallyOther Character ModsLandscape/Texture Mods(Not on nexus mods anymore for some reason? Necessary IIRC for using More Grass)(Not on nexus mods anymore for some reason. Found another link)(You might want Place in Red too)(not on nexus mods anymore for some reason)Lighting / Effects(I used Lighter). I don't think there would be any noticeable difference between the two mods since it sounds like they are attempting to accomplish the same goal, and are both updating frequently.

I kinda just installed the optimized vanilla one first and just kept using it, and it was mostly to cover anything that isn't replaced later on with high-res textures. And at this point I have enough other mods that a good portion of it is replaced anyways. I might give Texture Optimization Project a try at some point though and see if anything changes. Its been about 4 months since I originally installed that so my memory is a little fuzzyWhich body mod are you trying to do? I think currently this only works with textures, not skeleton replacers which I believe CBBE is. If you install CBBE or another skeleton I think it replaces all females and I don't think there is a way around thatBut if you just want a unique player look, the ones that I used were the two linked above, and I think made the player the only one that achieved the ripped cloth tattooed look. I'm at work and the internet here is slow, but I downloaded the tattoo one and it had a DDS file in it so I believe its correct.
